If you have never experienced this long-standing Hudson tradition, you are in for a treat. Live Nativity on the Clocktower Green, courtesy of Hudson First Congregational Church. Santa will be visiting with his elves; and to make sure he gets your list, you may write him a letter at Keller Williams/Chervenic Realty on Main Street. Santa himself will be in town! From 11 AM-1 PM at Young Actors Studio, from 1:30-3:30 at Janet Rhodes brings you Free Trade, from 4-6 PM at Green Roots Collection. On the First & Main Green: Live Reindeer, free horse-drawn carriage rides, Frosty the Snowman and a unique photo-op!

Carols by many groups, including the Western Reserve Community Band, and ACT... a children's theater; and this year, the entire Hudson Girl Scout District and families will be caroling at 2 PM on the First & Main Green. Many shops and restaurants will have specials, drawings, giveaways and events.

Hershey's of Hudson will be hosting the Cub Scouts and the Marines during the Hudson Holiday Walk on Dec. 2 from 2 to 5 PM. Cub Scout Pack 3327 will have "Celebrity Scoopers" providing ice cream treats as a fundraising event for their Scouting for Bikes campaign. A portion of the profits from Hershey's will be used to repair donated bikes before giving them to charity. At the same time, the Marines will be collecting Toys for Tots. Please bring new unwrapped toys, and sit in the Humvee. Toys will be collected Nov. 16 through Dec. 20.

Green Roots Collection is providing each of the 19 families that received a home through the efforts of Habitat for Humanity of Summit County a Holiday Wreath and Turkey Dinner. Green Roots invites everyone to come in during the evening of Nov. 23 to help create the ornaments that will be placed on these wreaths. All the supplies will be provided to create the ornaments.
